Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful and spacious rooms with lovely Venetian design, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay even in cold weather. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere in a quiet location. The dining options are good, featuring a variety of choices in a delightful setting. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and offer convenient services.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms had a lovely atmosphere with a good view of the canals, perfect for a romantic stay. Returning to our beautifully decorated room each evening was a treat. However, some plumbing attention was needed in the bathroom.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, the crisp white linen, and the huge bed. The nice hot powerful shower was a great touch. Being located onto a small side canal with no overlooking windows made it perfect for a peaceful stay. However, the only downside was the small size of the room.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in Moorish style, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our cold visit. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the little balcony was a nice touch. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, a hairdryer, and plenty of storage space, along with a lovely bathroom. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being a short walk away from charming restaurants and shops. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but the service from the friendly and attentive staff made up for it. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel had very spacious yet traditional rooms beautifully decorated with a rich red & gold color scheme, exactly what we wanted. The service was super helpful and accommodating in all aspects, with a beautiful quiet location, good local restaurants nearby, away from the crowds. The location was perfect for us, within easy reach of the main city sights but away from the noisier tourist areas. Dining was very good with a wide variety of food and excellent service.
